Pumpkin Spice Up Your Life

This Pumpkin Spice Coffee creamer is perfect for fall! I ran to Target the other day and was looking at the seasonal coffee creamers. I checked the back to look at the ingredients and read things I've never heard of before. I knew there must be a healthier, cleaner version of a PSL out there so I did some research and found a recipe. I added my own touch with homemade cashew milk too!

Where my PSL people at?!

  • 1 cup dairy free milk (almond, soy, cashew, or coconut work great)

  • 2 tbs. Pumpkin Puree

  • 2 tbs. Maple Syrup

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

  • Cinnamon and/or Pumpkin Pie Spice (add as much or as little as you like)

Pour all ingredients in saucepan and stir. Set stove on low and begin whisking ingredients together for about 5 minutes until it gets warm. 

Transfer into a glass container and let cool in the fridge. Enjoy in your iced or hot coffee and be sure to tag me on Instagram if you make this recipe!
