When Covid shut down all of the NYC gyms, I started group zooms with Katelynn, then transitioned to 1:1 or 1:2 shared sessions. Katelynn is efficient with your time, but ensures you get a tough workout in 40 minutes. The workouts are never the same twice, so I am always a little bit sore the next day!
