Y’all the holidays are here! I put my Christmas tree(s) up a little early this year and I’m already feeling the Christmas spirit. I know this year looks different so I’ve decided to really pay attention to the little moments that bring me joy. Something as simple as making a fun holiday cocktail, laughing with family (in person or over Zoom), and playing festive music are the moments I am going to choose to pay attention to and appreciate.
2. Make this coffee smoothie recipe to add a little pep to your step:
In a blender/blender cup add:
4 ice cubes
½ banana
½ cup milk (any kind)
½ cup cold brew coffee
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I like this one!)
1 scoop collagen powder
Small dash of maple syrup
